Carly threats about her position at the school. Joyce comes back to Suburban Ways as the election ends she and Graham put battles aside to spend an evening together while Alex and his family come to a decision.
Scene: The Inn
“I have to make a decision about being here and being there,” said Alex to Steve. Steve was reading his newspaper as Alex was sitting eating breakfast. “So what are you going to do then?”
“I seriously don’t know, what do you think?” Steve put his newspaper down.
“ACTUALLY I don’t want to know what you think because I know you do not like me that much!”
“It’s not that I don’t like you,” he said. “I had a brother and now he is dead. He has been dead for years now and now you show up being him!”
Alex stood up. Adam walked in. “Morning” said Adam, Steve nodded, got up and walked out. “Something I said?”
“No its not you it’s me” said Alex.
“How on earth did you find out?” Said Adam.
“I might as well tell you, when the hospital asked if I could give blood” said Alex. “That’s when. They were looking for types of blood,” he said. “That’s when I knew”
“You would have thought someone would have told me,” said Alex.
“We wanted to,” said his father by the door. “Well I wanted to anyway,” said James. “SO why didn’t you!”
“Because your mother told me not to, she said so on her death bed that she did not want you to find out well she was going to tell you herself though, we both were but it was too late.”
Downstairs Ronnie Mitchell was helping at the bar. “Josie, I have decided something,” said Ronnie worriedly.
“I have decided to tell Max about the baby that it was his” said Ronnie.
“DO you think it’s such a good idea now? Before he gets married!” She said.
“I do not want this on my mind forever,” said Ronnie.
Carly walked over and hugged her Aunt. “Not you as well, come here both of you she said. “Don’t leave us,” she said.
Scene: The Robinson’s
Ken Robinson helped his mother with her bags. “THANK YOU!” Joyce sat heavily into Cliff’s old armchair. “This is ridiculous now he is back here with her and now history is going to repeat itself! Maybe I should give up the race for Mayor and let Graham deal with him!”
“As If that’s going to stop you, you could take him Mum!” Said Ken.
“I can but do I have the energy,” she said. “She is a right piece of work that Victoria mark my words. BUT I think I know what to do, so I need all of you here with me tonight before I see someone!”
Scene: The Badhman’s
Chantal Jones was working away with Jocelyn keeping her eye on her. Still not pleased with the way things are going she put down a coffee for her.
“Gently” said Chantal as she was going through some notes. “Graham Joyce wants to see you tonight she said as she called out from her desk.
“Hmm intriguing” said Jocelyn.
“Tell her I be where she wants me” said Graham.
